Hey Girls,
The bishop is requesting that all activities be posted on the ward website, so we will be using the ward website calendar to get the details out about our activities. I will still email the details for a while to allow you and your parents time to access the ward website. I have found the website to be extremely helpful. You can find phone numbers, news, lesson schedules, leadership directory, and all kinds of other helpful information. The YW blog may still be used for other purposes.
Instructions on how to access the ward website are below.
1) You will need your record number and conformation date- both can be obtained from the ward clerk. You only need this one time to set it up, after that you create your own user name and password.
2) go to http://www.lds.org/
3) bottom right, click on the stake and ward websites
4) click on obtain an account if you don't have one
5) fill in the information and submit
6) once logged in, the calendar is located in the blue bar on the left side
7) Click on an activity to get the details
